For me...i think it must closely give you the feeling of the original with some of the current creature comforts people now want without going overboard. I know this is a Scout in the picture, but i just like how they are both no nonsense, and have a basic toughness to their look. I think that same comparison goes for it vs the original bronco as well.

Totally agree with this.

Kinda hard to pick one thing but ultimately I felt like it was burly enough to take off road and I wanted to be able to be comfortable with my dogs in my brand new vehicle so the interior got me! Can't freaking wait!

All of it. The main kicker for me over the Badlands though is Sport over Baja.
Because you want sport on the street? Most other people, especially after the KOH videos want baja if at all possible, so id love to hear why you want sport more.

Sorry ,
I didn’t see an “all of the above” spot to check.
-Other I guess.
IMO-Black Diamond was built for the working class. With “NEEDS” and not wants.
Sure a few mid package frills.
I couldn’t be happier with my build.
Sure a stick !!! But I’ll just settle for more horse power and slide the selector to manual override.

“Built for the working class”

Couldn’t have said it better.
It has modern convenience mixed with just the right amount of old school function. I’d be out of my mind if I got carpeted interior.
I’m going to use this truck til the day I die. I’m going to beat it up, I’m going to get it dirty. I’d be stupid to get anything less than washout floors. Not to mention everything about the drive train, I’m going to need at some point or another.

I might upgrade to the Black Diamond when I buy. I was planning on a Big Bend but the Black Diamond really suits my needs better. The only thing is the lack of fog lights because of the modular bumper.
I'm just going to buy a set of real fog lights and wire them to the aux switches. I've never been happy with the output of any stock fog lights on any vehicle i have had, so this just allows me to buy what i want.
