  • Gday fellow Bronco nuts. I have two Bronco IIs, one is my DD and off road rig, I call it my JRU (Jeep Recovery Unit) it has Built 4.0L, Built A4LD, Locked FORD 8.8 disc brake rear, Highly modified locked D35 TTB. #2 BII, has a 2.3L i4 turbo w/5 speed manual FORD 9" LS. I work on a 1969 Bronco 170 i6, mint 43K original. Looking forward to the next gen JRU.

    Hey Harl, I got a kick out of the porno red interior, that was probably a high dollar upgrade. It sounds like you have some experience with D35's, can you give me any ideas on my clunk issue. Have you seen the thread? I have the Dana 35 TTB w/Detroit trutrac LS differential. I'm close to re-installing the open diff just to see if the clunk goes away, but don't want to lose the LS. any ideas?
